Job Description
We are looking for a Certified Master Black Belt with extensive Lean / Six Sigma expertise and experience. This role will work with the management team to deploy and drive Lean Sigma Methodologies throughout the organization. -Ability to apply strong consultative, relationship management and influencing skills at all levels of the organization. -Lead process review and tollgates, facilitate team meetings, act as a change agent, and deliver training in all areas of the Body of Knowledge. -Assist management and champions in selecting projects that align with business/functional goals and strategies. -Mentor and develop Green Belts and Black Belts toward certification. -Work with teams of subject matter experts to remove waste, reduce cost, improve quality and delight our customers. -Share best practices within and across the business segments. -Ensure project tracking dashboard is maintained and results are communicated monthly to the Director of Six Sigma. -Ability to function with a high level of autonomy.
Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree preferred in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Technology. Masters in Business a plus. -Certified Lean / Six Sigma Master Black Belt. -At least 5-7 years of progressive work experience with Lean Sigma Systems. -Proven ability to interact with and influence senior management. -Excellent presentation, training, and interpersonal skills. -These individuals will possess strong business skills and technical skills in areas of: KPI's, Visual Management Systems, 5S, Lean Methodologies, Minitab, Visio, DMAIC, DMADV, and team facilitation -Broad business knowledge and ability to link customer needs with business processes.
