Job Summary: Provide patients with personal care under the supervision of the primary nurse and Nurse manager. Includes personal care, ADLs, household services essential to health care in the home. Observes and reports changes in patients condition. Completion of required clinical notes and records.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Able to understand verbal and written assignments instructions. Mature, able to deal efficiently with demands of the job. Evidence of complete competency and orientation skills checklist. One year experience in an acute care setting preferred. Current listing on the NC Dept. of Human Resources Division of Facility Services Nurse Aide I. Certified completion of additional CNA education. Current CNA II certificate with NC Dept. of Human Resources Division of Facility Services. Full Time
