A group company within NTT DATA currently seeks a Certified SuccessFactors Solution Architects to join our HCM Practice.

POSITION FUNCTIONS OR RESPONSIBILITIES:



The Opportunity

Our HCM Practice is leading the way in helping our clients make the transformation from on premise HR solutions to the cloud with the SuccessFactors platform. As a matter of fact we were just named to the Winner s Circle in the HfS Research Report for SuccessFactors Service in 2016. Therefore, you will have the chance to work with some of the top global companies that are implementing innovative technology solutions with SuccessFactors.

As a result, we are actively seeking results-oriented, certified SuccessFactors experts across all the core modules including Employee Central, EC Payroll, Benefits, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Recruiting & Recruiting Marketing, Succession Planning, Career Development, Learning Management, Workforce Analytics and Workforce Planning.



In these roles, you will have the opportunity to:

* Work interactively with the business process owners and technical teams to understand issues and pain points and provide functional guidance and knowledge in architecting a best practice solution to fit business needs

* Identify areas for process improvement and business opportunities to standardize a holistic solution

* Influence business optimization, while adapting to changing technology

* Apply architectural skills and prepare high level solution designs

* Work with technical consultant(s) to implement solutions in SAP SuccessFactors that will integrate data to other 3rd party systems

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

* 5+ years of experience participating in global (on-shore/off-shore/near-shore), enterprise-wide SAP HCM or SuccessFactors implementation projects where you collected and translated business requirements, performed gap analysis, designed integration solutions, completed systems configuration and prepared and executed system testing

* Acted as the functional lead for a minimum of 2 end-to-end SuccessFactors implementations

* 2+ years of experience integrating SAP ECC with SuccessFactors or other 3rd party applications

* A minimum of 2 SuccessFactors Certifications with one or more of the following core modules: Employee Central, Goals, Performance Management, Recruiting, Compensation, Learning Management, Succession Planning, Benefits and EC Payroll

Other preferred characteristics include:

* Client facing presence and experience interacting with multiple levels within an organization, including executive leadership

* Building trusted relationships with prospects and clients

* Ability to deliver projects successfully under fixed time constraints

* Thrive on collaborating with the implementation team as well as internal and external customers

* Agility and willingness to acquire new competencies and adapt quickly to new tasks and environments



Travel: This position requires someone who can travel at least 75%. Location can be anywhere in North America.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

This is a full-time salaried position with a group company within NTT DATA. Please note, 1099 or corp-2-corp contractors will NOT be considered.
