POSITION: Communication & Change Management Lead

POSITION OVERVIEW: As a Change Management Lead, you will oversee a team of professionals focused on creating a project plan that ensures the tasks of the project are achieved on time, within budget, and meet business established quality objectives. You will also work with cross-functional teams to assess health, practices, and behaviors for the purpose of creating a holistic change management strategy to enhance individual, team, and organizational performance.



Develop a change management strategy for the organization, and educate senior leaders and executives on the benefits of that strategy.

Create a structured change management network of project managers, approach, and methodology that spans multiple business units

Ensure that methodology includes risk assessments, readiness assessments, and evaluation and presentation of findings.

Define key messages and develop communication plans including objectives, stakeholder groups and delivery methods.

Execute change management plans including communications and engagement plans, training, sponsorship and leadership support, awareness, understanding and acceptance and project data.

Support training deployment and establish and measure quantitative and qualitative benchmarks for success.



Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance, MBA preferred.

10+ years of communication and change management planning and execution experience within the financial services or banking industry.

5+ years of project management experience.

Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges with the ability to successfully navigate through those issues and challenges.

Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to work at all levels in an organization.

Problem solving and root cause identification skills.

Strong analytic and decision making abilities.

Proven ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.
