Job Description:

Primary duties and responsibilities for the Citrix Service Provider (CSP) Channel Enablement Manager include:

- Ownership of & delivery of content management strategy for Citrix Service Provider channel

- Drive Citrix Service Provider recruiting, onboarding and enablement of new partners

- Define and drive enablement plan for Citrix Service Provider Distributors worldwide

- Drive cross functional content creation and delivery with Product Marketing and third party agencies

- Coordinate onboarding of partners with distribution and 3rd party vendors

- Strong ability to network and manage relationships

- Train distributors and partners on CSP go to market strategy

- Execute against goals and expectations that exceed team and Citrix corporate objectives

- Develop and execute specific partner and distribution plans that exceed team goals

- Manage process of integrating Citrix into CSP offerings to insure effective go to market strategy

The successful Channel Enablement Manager, will also develop and drive Citrix Service Provider enablement strategy, plan and execution for worldwide distribution and distribution managed partners. The incumbent will own driving Citrix Service Provider content management strategy and delivery, work with Product Marketing, third party agencies and Distribution managers to drive ongoing webinars for enablement and product updates and announcements, support Distribution Mangers to drive marketing strategies with key distribution groups; Working with third party agencies and internal Marketing and Product Marketing to prioritize and drive content creation and translation, own measurement of effectiveness of all content and marketing strategies & work with top distribution groups to support key events and programs and also manage Citrix Service Provider marketing and enablement budget.


- Channel Enablement experience to drive content management, recruiting and enablement activities

- Experience working in a sales environment

- Experience working with the channel including distribution and partners

- Strong communications skills. Ability to quickly define and communicate business case for partnering with Citrix and the specific CSP value proposition

- Ability to work across internal and external teams to drive CSP go to market and the fit with Citrix enterprise business

- Organized-ability to keep multiple high priority opportunities moving forward

- Knowledge of Citrix products and solutions

- Knowledge or the service provider/MSP/spla market

- Strong presentation skills

- Limited travel – Less than 10%


- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in channel marketing or channel enablement, business development, distribution management

- Bachelors degree required, MBA preferred

- Strong computer and communications and presentation skills

- Proven ability to work cross functionally

- Experience in the service provider/MSP/spla business preferred
