The Channel Marketing Manager will develop integrated marketing plans and implement channel marketing strategies to meet sales growth objectives. Includes the development and execution of marketing programs directed to dealers & end-users in coordination with our Distributor partners. Collaborate with our sales & operations teams, central marketing department, national accounts team, external agency partners and Distributors. Role spans from strategic and creative to tactical and executional. Position reports to the Director of Marketing & Business Solutions.


* Develop marketing strategies based on channel requirements to generate growth and gain new accounts

* Identify customer segments to accelerate sales based on data available through internal and external resources

* Develop marketing and promotional campaigns, create demand / lead generation programs and coordinate digital asset support

* Create and manage channel marketing calendars to support growth plans

* Align channel marketing plans to corporate campaigns, brand and message platform

* Manage dealer & distributor marketing strategy including dealer merchandizing, POP signage and sales collateral

* Assess, design and direct local advertising strategy

* Create effective marketing campaigns to launch new products

* Provide thought leadership for supporting partner sales / product training programs

* Set success criteria for plans encompassing financial and non-financial metrics


* Minimum seven (7) years channel / B2B marketing experience

* Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred

* Experience with traditional and digital marketing strategies and tactics

* High level of personal initiative, resourcefulness, and problem solving ability

* Excellent organizational and communication skills

* Team-oriented attitude and approach to responsibilities

* Proficient computer skills: Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
