Summary of Role

Puppet is seeking an experienced Channel Marketing Manager to join our demand generation team. You will collaborate with marketing, sales, and our channel partners to plan, execute and scale lead generation programs that result in pipeline development and customer acquisition.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for:

* Owning and executing marketing programs and integrated campaigns in conjunction with channel partners.

* Liaising between Puppet marketing and the channel partner ecosystem to drive participation in joint marketing activities.

* Using data, iterating and improving on existing marketing programs and campaigns to drive pipeline development.

* Collaborating with channel sales team to uncover and execute unique partner marketing opportunities.

* Developing and maintaining a library of Puppet content for partners to leverage within their own go to market motions.

* Promoting the use of Puppet and co-branded content to partner teams.

* Enabling partners to successfully leverage Puppet messaging and collateral/

* Ensuring strategic and tactical alignment between Puppet and channel partners as it relates to joint marketing efforts.

* Managing and reconciling budgets across multiple teams - marketing, channel sales, and external partners

Qualifications

* 5-7 years partner marketing experience; channel/reseller experience preferred.

* 3+ years of demand generation experience in a technology/software B2B environment

* Bachelor s degree or equivalent.

* Experience developing and executing partner marketing processes and programs.

* Solid understanding of best practices around digital, email and event marketing; hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms preferred.

* Organized and detail-oriented with proven project management abilities.

* Excellent written and verbal skills. Understands the leverage of simple, clearly written plans and communications.

* Strong collaboration and negotiation skills. Demonstrated experience successfully growing partner relationships

* Requires up to 25% travel.
