Job Description
Chef de Cuisine for Luxury Resort signature restaurant. Bachelors degree preferred. Minimum of two years as a Sous Chef in a high end, high quality operation. Must be able to support and assist the Executive Chef and oversee the day to day culinary operations of the hotels fine dining room. Train and supervise staff and monitor food quality.
