Job Description

Design and initiate processes for manufacturing of chemicals and related products. Familiar with field concepts, practices and procedures. Responsible for development of technology and products in support of company ink portfolio, with special emphasis in ink formulation applications, and continuing performance of ink development function. Further development of investigation strategies in alignment with ink development objectives. Design, execute and analyze experiments targeting understanding of chemical interactions on quality, performance and reliability of systems under development. Work with local ink development technical resources to develop short-term tactics/objectives and plan activities to achieve them in timely and effective manner. Function as liaison between technology/product development, business development and manufacturing functions to ensure robust development process and transfer of knowledge, data and documentation. Maintain smallest possible TTM for ink developments. Analyze, understand and correct deviations in quality, performance, and reliability of ink products under development. Demonstrate proficiency of theory and practice of scientific and engineering concepts. REQUIREMENTS: Master's or foreign degree equivalent in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related field, plus three (3) years of experience in job offered, or as a research associate, research assistant, or related occupation.
