Rotech Healthcare Inc. is seeking a Chief Financial
Officer to join the Rotech Healthcare team. This
position reports directly to the CEO-President and has
direct responsibilities for the Tax, Payroll,
Accounting, Finance, Internal Audit and Billing and
Collections departments within Rotech.
This position is located in Rotech's Orlando Corporate
office and has five direct reports including the CIO, VP
of Billing and Collections, VP of Tax, VP/Controller and
VP of Internal Audit. Requirements:
* Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance
* 15+ years of Accounting/Finance experience with
public accounting experience
* SEC filing experience a must
* Experience with a mid-sized company with revenues of
500 million +
* Healthcare experience with Medicare and Medicaid
strongly desired
