JOB DESCRIPTION_VISION:_ Well established technology products driven B2B serving diverse customer base that includes Fortune 1,000 size businesses (e.g. distributors, entertainment, financial services, hospitals, manufacturing, universities, and utilities). Business has multiple profit centers and locations. Lot of tenured employees who are empowered and rewarded. Leading edge products and technology. High visibility yet hands-on leadership role. _OPPORTUNITY_: This is a design (partner with client and customize solutions), build (technology interface), install (capital equipment labor inefficiencies have increased; business continues to expand.big opportunity to contribute
* BLENDING THE PROFIT CENTERS: Company offers full spectrum of capabilities (soup to nuts) but the siloed profit centers are not collaborating as effectively as they shouldwant to identify how best to partner internally to meet or exceed customers' expectations.
* PROCESS IMPROVEMENTS: Lots of open projects that can run from 30 days to over a year; want to identify better processes to improve productivity and on-time delivery while sustaining high quality standards.
* PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT: Evaluate performance and reliability of personnel, subcontractors, and 3rd party resources critical to projects under management; develop more formalized learning identify KPIs and other metrics.
* ORGANIZATIONAL PLANNING: Partner on business strategies and infrastructure requirements to meet expansion and build existing customer relationships.
_REQUIREMENTS_: BS a must; MBA ideal; Lean champion or Six Sigma certified a plus. 10+ years of increasing responsibilities with a least 4+years in an operations leadership role within a design, build, install, and service business model (e.g. building products, IT services/products). Must had responsibilities for multi-locations and 100+ personnel. Client is not interested in relocation at this time even at candidate's expense.
_REWARD_: $180,000 to $240,000 DOE plus incentives (20-30+%)
