The COO will assist the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) with overall operations of the organization, including planning, management, representing the hospital in meetings with professional groups, governmental agencies, third party payers, and other hospitals. The COO will be directly responsible for a number of clinical and non-clinical service lines and departments in addition to serving as a member of Senior Leadership. This individual must have the background and specific experience necessary to work harmoniously with the employed Medical Staff and individual physicians in order to manage and operate hospital sponsored physician practices, onsite and at other locations.

Qualifications: BS required and at least 3 to 5 years of progressive health care management experience with an advanced degree (MBA or MHA) preferred. A successful track record of working with physicians and other provides in a collaborative fashion is necessary for this highly visible position. Full-time
