Chief pilot for Corporate Flight Department operating two Falcon 50 EXunder FAA Part 91.
Remaining informed of the latest developmentswith the business aviation community, including the FARs, and other Federal,state, local and foreign regulations affecting operations
Ensure that revisions and amendments to thestandard operating procedures (SOP s) are current
Instruct/train flight crews in the use of theCompany standard operating procedures (SOP) manual
Establish and supervise the initial andrecurrent flight crew training with a professional training facility
Prepare and distribute periodic reports andstatistics as required
Assist with the preparation of budgets andfinancial forecasts and monitor the current budget implementation
Be accessible to all departmental employeesthrough company cell phones and email
Complete annual Departmental and Corporatetraining
Work a nonstandard schedule
Possible international travel
Other aviation management duties as assigned(for example participate in company hangar and facility inspections)
Airline Transport Pilots License (ATPL)
Current First Class medical certificate
Multi engine land and appropriate Type rating
Current Pilot in Command (PIC) proficiency endorsements (FAR 61.58)
Minimum 5000 hours total flight time,
1000 hours Turbine powered multi-engine,
Speak and understand radiotelephony communications as per ICAO Annex 1
Ability to pass TSA and Port of Seattle background screening for ID badge and ramp driving privileges
Valid passport and driver s license
Strong customer service skills, high attention to detail, adaptable, excellent follow-through and responsiveness
Good Communication skills
Environmental awareness and stewardship
Bachelor s Degree strongly preferred, High School Diploma Required
Proficiency with business software including: MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Current Dassault Falcon 50EX Type rating
Cessna jet aircraft
Safety Management Systems (SMS) and risk assessment
Working indoors and outdoors in all types of weather.
Frequent sitting, standing, walking, pushing and pulling
Lifting up to 50 lbs
