CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER

_This key leadership role will __manage the oversight and coordination of all information technology infrastructure components and governance processes for the organization. __The CIO brings an innovative mindset to the table and is looking for the CTO to help provide the vision/plan to help move the organization forward. _

PRIMARY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Manage lead, mentor a team of people across multiple of areas of technology including infrastructure, data warehouses, mobiletechnology, cloud, network and telecommunications.
* Perform planning, design and implementation coordination activities for the integration of new and existing enterprise initiatives that support the business (clinical and non-clinical)
* Lead the organization's efforts toward a best-in-class information technologyinfrastructure that drive quality and efficiency.
* CTO will support the alignment of service and solutions to support initiatives for the organization's short and long-term business plans, including outlined budgetary and regulatory directives.
* Set and implement (in conjunction with the CIO) a strategic technology vision.
* Improve operations by developing processes that define leading practices for technical operational standards and personnel roles
* Serves as the IT representative for the management of all Operational Level Agreements (OLAs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
* Reviews daily, monthly, and quarterly service level reports for compliance to agreed upon service levels and customer related information

* Gain executive approval for IT investments and operating budgets
* Implement technologyinfrastructureinvestments to sustain business, technology growth and innovation

REQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

* 10+ years managing staff and 15+ years in IT InfrastructureEngineering or Data Center Services
* IT operations with a minimum of five (5) years' experience in an operations leadership role supporting complex, multi-site, healthcare operations
* Thorough knowledge of multi-platform processing and health, availability and performance monitoring tools used for managing an IT infrastructure; including but not limited to: network components, distributed systems, storage area networks, security, asset configurations, applications, databases, etc.
* Candidates for this role should be knowledgeable of ITIL, Lean, or six sigma processes and be willing to commit to additional training as needed.
* Experience implementing and monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and continuous process improvement methodologies
* Comprehensive understanding of system development life cycles, project management, technologyinfrastructure and related principles.
* Strong knowledge in IT finance, procurement, and human capital management, and how to leverage data for performance improvement purposes
