JOB DESCRIPTION* Ability to analyze, configure and troubleshoot large Cisco voice networks Developing technical skills and knowledge, advancing beyond the fundamentals in at least one area Effective planning, prioritization and organizing skills
* Drive for continuous learning, results orientation and teamwork Promotes collaboration among team members
* Ability to manage crisis situation Solves product and network problems of moderate complexity Drive for continuous learning, results orientation and teamwork
* Acts as a focal point for account network problem resolution.
* Is a technical expert in more than one area Effectively utilizes lab setups to debug broad and complex problems Submits complete and correct DDTS reports in area of expertise with collaboration and supervision Solid foundation in IP network communications protocols Essential elements (technical & otherwise): Significant exposure/familiarity with the following platforms: Cisco Unified Communications Manager
