JOB DESCRIPTIONAPPLY Job Description:
Cole is hiring a designer for our St. Charles, MO office. Responsibilities include:Produce construction plans for residential, commercial and municipal projects, including but no limited to water lines, sanitary sewers, storm sewers, storm water detention facilities, drainage channels, site grading, roadways, pump stations, water and waste water treatment plants and related site and infrastructure improvements plans.Process survey data and produce survey documents including but not limited to topographic surveys, boundary surveys, plats and easement documents.Calculate grading quantities, sewer system hydraulics and roadway geometrics.Produce conceptual and preliminary design drawings.Perform quantity takeoffs.Perform site investigations.Attend meetings with municipalities, agencies and clients.Resolve project design conflicts with consultants and contractors.Perform and maintain project documentation. Education and Experience:Associate Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent degree or experience.Minimum of four years of progressively responsible exp/Civil Engineering Design Technical Requirements:Proficient with AutoCAD software.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
