JOB DESCRIPTIONBRIEF DESCRIPTION
The Credit Claims Adjuster will work in a fast paced environment with a highly functional team. This person will work directly with the customer to resolve issues, errors, and concerns that may arise. He / She will be responsible for processing customer debits, returns, pricing, freight, sales tax, shortages, etc. Strong communication skills are necessary as the position requires interaction between customers, reps, managers, internal departments, and service centers.
Actively address customer issues as they arise: Returns, billing and shipping errors, debits, complaints.
Work and interact with internal departments as well as external locations (i.e.: Reps, Area Managers, and Service Centers.)
Answer and manage phone calls, emails, and faxes
Degree in business, accounting, marketing, or related field of study preferred, Associates degree or equivalent experience in the field is required
Must be organized, able to multi-task, and meet deadlines
Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Strong analytical and communication skills
