Claims Adjuster II

Repwest Insurance Company,� a sister company of U-Haul International,� is looking for a Claims Adjuster II to be responsible for the investigation, evaluation and settlement of property damage and minor bodily injury claims.� This person will handle fact gathering, correspondence, and obtainment of police reports and recorded statements as needed.� Prepare formal denial letters if there is no coverage or liability. Settle claims at a fair price after investigation.� Maintain� a number of pending claims within acceptable limits and control expenses through proper work� organization. Possible travel required.� We are looking for a team player with a great attitude, desire to learn, and high level of enthusiasm.

*This would be a remote position reporting to our Corporate office in Phoenix, Arizona.*

Requirements:

-3-4 years of experience in claims or a claims related field
-Working knowledge of multi state insurance rules and regulations, medical terminology and legal terminology
-Experience in handling property damage claims and medium to large bodily injury claims is required
-Experience with personal injury protection
-Strong analytical skills
-Excellent phone communication skills
-Basic computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
-Must be� willing to become� licensed within 6 months of employment in states that require it
