span We have a Claims Representative position in Coppell, TX. The role is an indefinite contract paying up to $17hr. This position is handling the service needs of the customer to resolve, research and validate that the claims is factual and if it’s something that should be paid by the client.  The customer service representative will interact with the customer, branch operations and any other client personnel to process the claims. br   br   br What You Will Be Doing: br   br • Manage and leverage the customer interactions by serving the needs of our customers and resolving claims inquires within the set time frame established by the department. br • Investigate/process claims and obtain relevant documents to determine loss br • Interact with customer, branch operations, and other client partners to effectively process claims. br • Manage claims process activities in Microsoft Dynamics accurately and in a timely manner. br • Assist/ Support Manager in analyzing, planning, decision-making and problem-solving activities to support claim settlement. br • Resolve claim issues promptly and follow-up on outstanding issues. br • Communicate claim status to Managers, Branch Ops. Personnel and customers on regular basis. br • Work in compliance with department & finance business processes and rules. br • Enforce the process amongst agents, field operational partners and customers. br • Follow best practices through the complete customer life cycle, from initial data gathering to resolution. br • Communicate effectively with customers, branches and other units to identify root cause, accuracy of claims requests or any other clarification that is received with appropriate follow ups to ensure timely resolution of the cases. br • Work independently to resolve customer issues by providing feedback to Management on Process Streamlining and Improvements. br • Assist with special projects as and when required by the Supervisor or Manager. br Provides other administrative support as needed. br   br   br What You Need To Do The Job: br   br • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a corporate environment br • Minimum of 2 years’ experience using Microsoft Office products to include Word and Excel br • Minimum of 2 years’ experience with direct customer interaction br • High school education br   br   br /span
