JOB DESCRIPTIONThis Client Services Associate Position Features:
This is for a 6 month project, could go longer and permanent. Must have
-Experience in a demanding, time-constrained customer service environment such as a help-desk, call center, or customer service/complaint desk
-Superior organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
-Ability to understand client questions, concerns, and problems in order to identify and carry out appropriate solutions
-Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced and fluid environment
-Moderate level experience using Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel and Outlook. (please indicate proficiency level on application/resume)
-Flexibility with schedule and ability to work overtime based on business needs.
-Proven to be self-directed
-Demonstrated strong phone skills, including making outbound calls to support client relationships
-Proven ability to prepare documents for presentation to customers, managing special project and assignments as needed
