Pharmacy will contact/interact with patients to ensure the timely receipt of appropriate pharmaceutical/ancillary supplies. Will act as a liaison between Pharmacists, Nurses, and patients to ensure that identified problems/concerns are addressed.Essential Duties and Responsibilities1. Contacts all customers to determine their pharmaceutical/ancillary supply needs, and coordinates a timely delivery. Enters all new customers in the system.2. Enters data, including pharmaceutical refills, ancillary supplies, and durable medical equipment to the Pharmacy system. Assists clinical staff with assigned duties.3. Notifies Pharmacists, Nurses, and other related departments? staff of any identified problems/issues by electronic chart or verbally.4. Provides support/assistance to warehouse/distribution staff as appropriate/necessary.5. Identifies and resolves customer service problems and keeps management informed.6. Acts as a liaison, between patients, Service Branch representatives and physicians to request prescriptions on the patient?s behalf.7. Handles escalated issues: To include complete follow-through, follow-up and documentation of patient complaints, coordination of emergency shipments, package tracking and rerouting, coordination of dose increase shipments, and supply order balancing.8. Non-clinical subject matter expert for all relevant therapies and their processes9. Reporting of adverse events per manufacture and FDA guidelines.10. Requirements:
