JOB DESCRIPTIONAPPLY SEASONAL POSITION - Client Care Specialist position is with a leading company on the Northside of Jacksonville.
Responsibilities for our Client Care Specialists include but are not limited to the following:
Confer with customers by telephone to provide information about products or services, take or enter orders, assist with questions regarding billing/payment, or obtain details of complaints.
Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems.
Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.
The pay is $12.50-14.00
We have a 1st and 2nd shift.

6 Months of previous Customer Care experience
Must be able to work Mandatory Overtime and Holidays
Good Data Entry Skills
Excellent Customer Care Skills
Must be able to pass a background check
