Description:
JOB SUMMARY: The Client Data Management (CDM) Specialist is responsible for ensuring policies and procedures are maintained when administering change within the production support system and coordinating the successful implementation of new clients and/or enhancements.

JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Act as liaison between client teams and internal Multiplan teams, including the coordination of efforts to successfully implement new clients and/or enhancements.
2. Perform client assessments to determine best approach for implementing client needs.
3. Independently evaluate production situations and current information to determine the appropriate course of action and execute decisions.
4. Ensure that data maintained in all client production/support systems conforms to standard operating procedures.
5. Review claim data; troubleshoot when necessary and escalate known issues for resolution.
6. Utilize project management tools to successfully execute projects.
7. Demonstrate commitment to the Company s core values.
8. Collaborate, coordinate, and communicate across disciplines and departments.
9. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and requirements.

JOB SCOPE:
The Client Data Management Specialist works under direct supervision and uses established guidelines, policies, and procedures to complete job responsibilities. Work is routine, but may be varied. The incumbent refers more complex work to higher levels.

Qualifications:
JOB REQUIREMENTS (Education, Experience, and Training):
* Minimum high school diploma or equivalent (i.e. GED)
* Minimum 2 years healthcare related experience in claims management
* Claims examination experience and familiarity with paid claims lifecycle preferred
* Problem solving, customer service, organizational, and analytical skills
* Ability to use hardware, software, and peripherals related to job responsibilities, including MS Office
* Required licensures, professional certifications, and/or Board certifications as applicable
