Client Liaison

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Client Liaison is a highly valued position responsible for the communication, coordination, reporting and preparation used in guiding the day-to-day client relations activities on the behalf of the company as the primary point of contact. The Client Liaison must be exceedingly well organized with strong time management skills. Must have the ability to remain flexible in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under short deadlines while maintaining a calm demeanor. This position requires a professional, friendly demeanor and expert-level written and verbal communication skills to be successful.
This position assures that all contractual terms are fulfilled, that client expectations are met, and that clients are satisfied such that they become company testimonials. This position coordinates client contact, performs frequent status reviews, analyzes and reports on the health of client projects, and promptly maintains comprehensive documentation. This position coordinates the daily workflow and communications with the client while providing guidance and assuring project deliverable deadlines are being met. This position is responsible for analyzing and reporting on project overall performance and is expected to maintain and promote current and future client relationships.


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

? Superior work ethic and accountability.
Must take initiative, and have the ability to multi-task and manage multiple efforts at once in a fluid environment.
? Solid interpersonal skills and the ability to be a team player who can easily establish and build relationships and communicate clearly at all levels within the business, and with outside clients.
? Desire to learn Internet Marketing solution concepts and methodologies.
? Minimum of 2+ years in a customer-service oriented role with heavy client contact, both written and verbal.
? Past experience and/or ability to professionally lead client web-based calls with multiple attendees.
? Knowledge of HTML and MS Office tools; knowledge of communication tools and software such as Windows 8, Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and other reasonable office software tools.
? Minimum high-school degree, AA or Bachelor?s degree in marketing, business or information technology or equivalent experience desired but not necessary.
? Typing proficiency at 40WPM with accuracy at a high level.
? High attention to detail and proficiency in meeting schedules.
