Position Description
We are adding to our staff and looking for an Investment Client Relations Associate who is
bright and articulate and has a sense of humor. Ideal candidates will have excellent problemsolving
skills, a high degree of attention to detail, and strong organizational and analytical skills.

The position requires strong client service, analytical, and communication skills. The ideal
candidate will be proficient in Excel and be able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.

Duties and Responsibilities
Client onboarding: Set up new accounts, maintain existing accounts, run client reports,
respond to client requests, on-board new intermediaries and clients, and perform
administrative functions
Communicate with custodians, banks, intermediaries, and brokers to resolve issues and
respond to various requests in a timely and professional manner
Organize and file custodian statements
Be able to work independently and in a small group environment
Perform duties with confidence, minimal supervision, and a sense of urgency; be selfmotivated
Actively manage client expectations as related to Aperio's onboarding and new account
setup processes, with a proactive and client-focused approach to issue resolution
Participate in projects to enhance the client experience and improve processes
Effectively document and maintain processes
Required Skills/Experience
BA/BS required
1-3 years experience in an investment management firm
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and written and verbal
communication skills
Attention to detail, accuracy, and timeliness
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel required
Knowledge of FISERV a plus
Knowledge of Salesforce a plus
Desirable Skills
Organizational skills to manage data, projects, and processes
