Responsible for managing institutional clients through discovery processes on goals, risk profile, liquidity needs. Provide asset classes recommendations and investment opportunities.
Lead client through an Asset Allocation process
Develop and execute delivery of a customized institutional account plan
Manage team delivery of SEI investment solution to Institutional clients
Direct management of 15 institutional relationships
Responsible for client satisfaction/ cross sale opportunities
Critical to success in this role are:
A broad-based investment background, including knowledge of the capital markets: equity, fixed income, alternative investments and risk management principles
Understanding all facets of investment markets domestic and globally
Proven relationship management experience with Institutional clients and Committees
Excellent Presentation skills and diligent follow up skills
Minimum of 10 years of investment, either on an Institutional account basis or wealth management practice
Proven success managing complex investment implementation
CFA or Advanced degree preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
An ability to synthesize, analyze and draw conclusions about complex data
Critical thinking skills
An ability to respond and react effectively in client situations
Prior experience in a financial advisory capacity
Strong work ethic and an interest in operating as part of a client team
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word and other Microsoft Office products
Physical Demands and Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the work environment may require an individual to move around the office and from building to building which may expose the individual to weather conditions outside. The individual has to be able to sit or be stationary at a computer and use computers for extended periods of time and occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds. The noise level in the environment is moderate and the individual must be able to communicate and exchange information with people in person and over the telephone and email.
