JOB DESCRIPTIONACCUITY CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP EXECUTIVE
In this position you will gain valuable experience with a high-paced, successful sales group in a growing company.
You will work closely with National Account Managers and Sales Directors
Gain a strong knowledge of the features, functions, and values of Accuity's products.
Communicate with the Support/Fulfilment team to escalate critical client issues to ensure resolution
You will perform demos of Accuity's online products to prospective and current customers
You will have the opportunity to communicate to customers via email and phone in a professional manner with a purpose to identify appropriate contacts, qualify and drive leads and establish appointments for Account Managers
You will gain industry knowledge in regards to Accuity's target markets.
Grow your skills in new business research and client relations.
In depth analysis and reporting on lead and account activity, status, and dispositioning.
0-2 years of relevant work experience in sales or presales business setting
Self-motivated and well organized
Ability to build relationships internally and externally
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Strong knowledge of MS Office - Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel
