Client Service Associate

Job Summary & Mission:

oPlay a central role in enhancing the client experience by focusing your time on servicing and growing the Financial Advisor's business
oInterface with external clients, anticipate their needs, solve their problems, and follow through to provide exceptional service
oProvide service to internal branch clients by interfacing with management, servicing the relationships with your assigned Financial Advisors, coordinating with the operations function, and performing administrative duties
oSupport and drive firm initiatives
oMaintain risk awareness and regulatory knowledge
* 2 or 4 year College Program

* Microsoft Office computer skills

* Strong Communication Skills (verbal & written)

*Strong administrative and problem solving skills

*Ability to multi-task in a highly visibile, fast-paced and team-oriented environment

*Ability to exercise good judgment by recognizing urgency and prioritizing accordingly

*High degree of confidentiality and latitude

*Ablity to work independently
