* _Responsible for providing prompt, accurate and courteous response to internal and external preferred banking client's inquiries. _
* _Work effectively with team members to maximize customer service and to resolve client needs. _
* _Ask questions to understand_ a_nd if necessary interact with other banking departments to ensure complete client's banking needs are met. _
* _Demonstrate versatility and customer responsiveness by performing all department functions as needed. _
* _Process transactions accurately and in a timely manner. _
* _Responsible for balancing checks and all other transactions. _
* _Manage time to efficiently process high volume of transactions by e-mail, phone, fax and in person. _
* _A Client Services Associate (CSA) is responsible for supporting Client Service Group with workflow. _
* _The CSA may be tasked with multiple roles to cover tasks necessary to meet the needs of our clients._
* _Primary responsibility is to handle QA review on all accounts for Preferred Banking. _
* _The Specialist is to ensure 100% complete QA review on all assigned new and trigger accounts in a timely manner by applying in-depth knowledge of Banking Regulations and Account Opening procedures when conducting QA reviews. _
* _Complete review includes ensuring each account has all required complete KYC and contains quality information in line with BSA/AML standards. _

_The Specialist is expected to appropriately document all findings within the QA Review Database/ Supersede Logs and follow the proper procedures outlined by the QA_
