Due to growth, we are currently seeking a qualified Client Service Associate to join our team of dedicated professionals. In this mission critical positon, we will rely on you to support our CEO and Managing Director in engaging prospects by phone and setting face to face meetings. Your discipline, energy and persistence to be successful will play a huge part of our company's overall success!

CLIENT SERVICE ASSOCIATE

Responsibilities include:

*

Executing high-volume outbound phone calls (120 per day) to qualified prospects in the accounting and finance function as well as other operation executives in target companies in the Los Angeles and Ventura County areas (typically these contacts will be at the CFO, COO, VP, Controller or Managing Partner level)
*

Providing a brief introduction to the company and close for a face to face meeting with the CEO or other Managing Director.
*

Answering questions regarding the company and our services, including competitor differentiation.
*

Scheduling meetings and appointments for Consultants
*

Overcoming direct and indirect objections such as "I am busy right now" or "I already work with another company"
*

Supporting consultant skill marketing efforts.
*

Develop and add new contacts to the database through referrals and research.
*

Working with Consultants to identify new prospects in other lines of report or divisions at client companies and setting meetings.
*

Soliciting email addresses from prospects and add to the company email list.
*

Reviewing click through results from email campaigns and execute follow up calls to set meetings.
*

Providing ad-hoc sales support and follow up with clients and consultants on behalf of our CEO or Managing Director.
*

Providing ideas to management on how to improve client service processes.
*

Support implementation efforts as needed.

Qualifications:

We are seeking a self-motivated, conscientious individual with keen attention to detail, good time management skills and a natural affinity for maintaining a high volume outbound call activity, prospecting with C-level executives and setting appointments while providing clients with a "wow" experience.

Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and oral).
*

The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate persistence, overcome obstacles and strive to improve skills and achieve goals.
*

Ability to maintain activity and solve problems with little direction or supervision.
*

Ability to develop and recommend new ideas to engage prospect and customers.
*

Natural sense of accountability and desire to be measured by results.
*

A passion for learning and developing additional skills in sales and knowledge of accounting and finance.
*

Natural propensity to work with intensity and demonstrate a high sense of urgency and positivity
*

Ability to collaborate with colleagues in other functions

Required skills and experience:

*

Consulting industry background, experience, knowledge or interest
*

Prior sales experience required; outbound phone experience preferred
*

Proficiency with MS Office suite
*

CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
*

Experience with internet research, including Hoovers and a variety of social media sites.

Preferred:

Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
