Job Description
The McGraw-Hill Companies is one of the world's leading providers of information services and publishers of educational, business and professional informationCapital IQ is searching for a high quality candidate to join our Research Acquisition and Distribution 'RAD' team as a Client Service Manager. The Client Service Managers primary responsibilities are to:
Develop and maintain a highly responsive and effective client service 'research provider on-boarding and support' operation that will help support and retain our long list of third party research providers
Develop and maintain a highly responsive and effective client service 'research fulfillment and support' operation that will help our sales organization to meet their clients critical need for timely access to third party research and estimates data
Successfully develop and provide day-to-day leadership to a team of client service professionals who currently service our base of investment research providers, sales and investment research client consumers
Define, implement and maintain a global set of procedures, policies and service level agreements to ensure the team is operating at the highest levels of client service standards possible
Collaborate and or lead various projects with cross functional teams and departments including data collection, technology, sales and other client services groups across Capital IQ
The successful candidate must possess the following:
Strong operations management skills
Solid experience in defining and implementing service / operational procedures and processes
Solid experience developing and managing a client service / operations support team
Excellent analytical and communication skills
A proactive and results driven mindset
Proven success in collaborating with and or managing cross functional teams
Excellent team building and relationship skills
Solid time management skills with the ability to work effectively under pressure
A solid and demonstrated understanding of the financial markets
Bachelors Degree or higher
