POSITION SUMMARY

Acts as brand ambassador with constant frontline interactions with clients, both internal and external. Responsible for handling inbound calls, outbound calls, email, and live chat.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
-------------------------

* Act as a brand ambassador.

* Respond to telephone, email, and live chat inquiries from clients and retailers.

* Assist clients and retailers with placement of orders, refunds, replacements, changes, or exchanges.

* Complete cancellation or change paperwork as needed with accuracy.

* Share knowledge of warranties and terms of sale.

* Resolve client complaints while maintaining composure in difficult situations.

* Coordinate after delivery service issues as needed.

* Review confirmation emails to ensure clients are obtaining correct and relevant information.

* Confirm, process, and ship gift card orders within established guidelines.

* Close orders that have shipped as needed.

* Review open order reports and update systems.

* Follow up with retail on aged open orders.

* Process employee orders within established guidelines.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
-------------------------

* High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of two years experience in customer service. Live chat experience is preferred.

* Demonstrates a customer-first attitude; highly motivated to achieve customer satisfaction.

* Excellent listening skills, written and verbal communications skills. Flexible, dependable and conscientious.

* Highly developed interpersonal skills, organization skills and problem solving skills.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced, structured, call center environment.

* Demonstrated PC skills and multi-task oriented
