li Provide excellent customer service and general administrative support /li li Assist clients and attorneys with urgent request /li li Manage all facilities, front desk duties and heavy incoming calls /li li Schedule conference room reservations, hospitality arrangements and budgeting /li li Support staff with new hire process and charitable events /li /ul
br B Qualifications: /B br ul
li Minimum two years front desk or administrative experience /li li Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred /li li Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Outlook, and Excel /li /ul
