li Manage all reception and front desk duties, including answering heavy phones /li li Provide internal excellent customer service and general administrative support /li li Assist attorneys with vendor requests, scheduling and travel arrangements /li li Arrange conference room reservations, catering preparations and coordinate campaigns /li li Support office with budget tracking, marketing supplies and facilities /li /ul
br B Qualifications: /B br ul
li Minimum two years relevant experience /li li Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred /li li Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word and Excel /li /ul
