Client Success Manager will be responsible for managing a base of key clients. Key responsibilities include up selling and cross selling, renewals and delighting the customer. Candidates must have a background in SaaS and preferably e-Commerce. Candidates must be comfortable with working for a start up and wearing many hats as they need to. Candidates will preferably have a bachelors degree and at least 5 years experience managing a clinet base, carrying a sales quota and be able to show consistent success. Candidate must be able to show good technical background and the ability to perform well in a tight knit team environment.
