GENERAL JOB SUMMARY:

To be successful in this role, you must have analytical and, multi-tasking ability and the talent to problem solve effectively and promptly and be an advocate for your customer. In addition, you must be self motivated, a self-starter, and posses that "can do" attitude and willing to travel. Our preference is for laboratory RCM experience or extensive related healthcare industry experience.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION:

Ensure total client success and satisfaction with the XIFIN RCM solution.
*

In a client facing capacity, coordinate financial metrics and reports that highlight financial performance and client profitability.
*

Provide customer with system & workflow expertise for business optimization.
*

Assess define customer training needs and delivery options.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

*

Knowledge of medical reimbursement as it relates to the healthcare and insurance industry practices.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

*

BA/BS degree, preferably in healthcare, business or MIS.
*

2+ years experience in a fast paced and high growth environment and culture
*

4+ year's client facing healthcare background including experience in healthcare billing and RCM support or similar customer-facing role.
*

Hands-on experience with medical billing software and systems, and workflow management.
