Client Success Manager I or II - hubbub



Portland, Oregon



Join the revolution of the corporate wellness industry by helping bring hubbub s innovative solution to mid-sized companies nationwide. hubbub s client success manager will help hubbub clients harness the power of social, gamification, and behavioral design to drive healthy habits within their organizations. Our client success manager will create, implement, launch, and manage hubbub wellness solutions directly with clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS:

* Ability to demonstrate program and account management skills including the ability to effectively present and execute customer account strategies.

* Ability to establish & maintain relationships with sales and development teams.

* Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employers including all levels of staff in client groups, from main contacts in Human Resources to Senior Management. Including the ability navigate corporate departments to implement hubbub products.

* Ability to effectively train client groups on the hubbub product, via webinar or in-person session.

* Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing, including ability to conduct clear and concise presentations directly to client groups.

* Demonstrated interest and basic knowledge of Health and Wellness including trends and developments in corporate and personal Health & Wellness and other public health themes.

* Ability to create wellness strategies and implement through hubbub health programs.

* Ability to prioritize, self-motivate, and work independently including the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet deadlines.

* Understanding and use of various social media and networking channels and use of technology.

* Utilize a CRM (salesforce.com) to organize, track and manage account development and progress.

* Ability to present wellness solutions with a consultative approach.







Additional Minimum Requirements for level II:

* Demonstrated exceptional program and account management skills including the ability to effectively present and execute customer account strategies.

* Demonstrated ability to establish & maintain relationships with sales and development teams.

* Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

* Creative problem solving capabilities, including effective management of client expectations and ability to influence without direct authority.

* Demonstrated strong drive to consistently exceed goals and expectations while managing projects.

* Strong interpersonal skills including strong customer focus and understanding of psychology & human motivation.

* Must work well in a team environment and provide general leadership when necessary.



Normally to be proficient in the competencies listed above:

* The Client Success Manager I, hubbub, would have a Bachelor's degree in a health and/or wellness field such as, Health Sciences, Community Health, Health Education, Organizational Sciences or related field and/or 1+ years of experience in account management, customer service, training, human resources or equivalent combination of education and experience.

* The Client Success Manager II, hubbub, would have a Bachelor's degree in a health and/or wellness field such as, Health Sciences, Community Health, Health Education, Organizational Sciences or related field and/or 3+ years of experience in account management, customer service, training, human resources or equivalent combination of education and experience.
