The Clinic Director/Director of On-Site Employer Clinic will be responsible for daily operation and development of assigned employer based on-site health clinics. Ideal candidate will have health clinic operations and start-up experience in primary care or urgent care setting. BS is required. MS preferred.
Five years practice management experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, or Occupational Medicine Clinic setting required. Experience managing remote clinical teams. Knowledge of Worker's Compensation clinical standards of practice, along with employer risk management strategies. Understanding of the trends in medicine with employer managed healthcare.
