We're looking for a compassionate health care professional to become our clinical care coordinator, a new position that will help ensure we provide optimal care to our residents while evaluating the needs of prospective residents and offering them solutions. This position will align you with community leaders, allowing you to make an impact in the lives of seniors and their families while gaining sales experience and management skills. You'll find opportunities for advancement in the nation's largest senior living solutions company. You'll conduct personal service plan reviews, assist in marketing functions and participate in strategy sessions. Preferred skills and qualifications:
* LVN license in the state of practice
* Three years experience in assisted living or nursing
* Working knowledge of computer systems, databases and Microsoft Office
