Provide acute and on-going case management and support to students in response to sexual assault or relationship violence related experiences. Interface with on- and off-campus resources for treatment planning.
Provide a wide range of trauma-informed direct clinical services in coordination with Confidential Support Team (CST) Therapist to students in response to sexual assault or relationship violence related experiences. Services include: crisis assessment, intake evaluation, case management, treatment planning, and care coordination with both on- and off-campus resources.
Contribute to providing clinical and educational services to students and staff
Evaluate and respond to emergency situations; provide consultation to campus for urgent/crisis situations
Provide in-person and phone consultation, support, and assessment to students in response to sexual assault or relationship violence related experiences; assist students in accessing on-campus academic and residential life resources and reporting options through Title IX and the Stanford University Dept. of Public Safety.
Provide outreach and consultation to university students, staff, and faculty about campus resources and how to provide trauma-informed support to students. Regularly interface with campus partners maintaining strong relationships through trainings and educational workshops.
Respond to crisis situations and provide consultation to on-campus resources and other off-campus providers for urgent/crisis situations.
Participate in Vaden Health Center staff meetings, trainings, clinical team meetings, and other development activities

Education & Experience:
Master's degree in social work or psychology or related field and two years post-degree experience. Experience working with transitional age youth and with sexual/relationship trauma preferred.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Expertise in clinical skills in evaluation, crisis intervention, and case management.
Proven ability to interact with diverse constituencies.
Demonstrated strong communication skills (verbal and written).
Certifications and Licenses:
Licensed Clinical Social Worker in California or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California
Frequently sit and perform desk based computer tasks.
Occasionally stand/walk, grasp lightly/fine manipulation, use a telephone, and write by hand.
Rarely kneel/crawl, climb (ladders, scaffolds, or other), twist/bend/stoop/squat, reach/work above shoulders, grasp forcefully; sort/file paperwork or parts, scrub/sweep/mop/chop/mix, operate foot and/or hand controls, lift/carry/push/pull objects that weigh up to 10 pounds.
