The Clinical Director will provide leadership within our Medical, Surgical and Telemetry team. Working within the region s only Level II Trauma Center, you ll partner with highly skilled peers and work with top-tier professionals across our areas of excellence. As a Clinical Director Med/Surg/Telemetry who is truly vested in directly impacting the overall success and quality of our organization, and fully supporting our mission and vision, you ll have the ability to:

Direct departments and department activities, develop and implement programs and strategies, ensure favorable hospital operating results
Maximize the departments effectiveness to ensure quality patient care
Take leadership role in interdisciplinary councils, teams, taskforces, and assist in implementing standards in the organization
Demonstrate fiscal responsibility/accountability by achieving financial expectations
Exceptional candidates must possess:

BSN required. Masters degree in nursing, business administration, or health administration required.
5+ years clinical experience Full Time Days
