Clinical Director of the Riverside Medical Group

This position is at the director level and is one of three regional directors who have overall responsibility for staffing and operations of Riverside community health centers (medical offices). Directs, supervises and coordinates the overall operation of Health CentersDepartments as assigned by Vice President of the Community Health Center Network. Such duties include but are not limited to managing and providing leadership in financial matters regarding budget, cost control and revenue generation, defines metrics and provides leadership and direction for improving patientcustomer satisfaction, ensures accreditation standards are maintained in the Riverside Medical Group, develops and implements policiesprocedures and standards which follow quality improvement, infection control, IDPH, CDC, OSHA and other regulatory and accrediting agencies and guidelines as required, develops assessments for new markets. Requires some travel to various locations with the Riverside community health system. Nursing Degree and Masters Degree required for this position
