Job Description
Company: Nanticoke Memorial Hospital
Facility: Nanticoke Memorial Hospital at Seaford
Department: Emergency Department
Education:
-Must possess current licensure / Certification required to practice in Delaware in the assigned specialty area of care. -BSN or equivalent degree required. -Master s Degree in Business, Nursing, or related field preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of three years clinical experience required. Educational experience preferred. Other experience and education may be considered.
Qualifications:
-Strong written, verbal, and non-verbal communications skills. -Knowledge of computer assisted data management systems. -Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. -Excellent interpersonal skills. -Knowledge of human resource management.
Population Specific Requirements:
a. Neonatesb. Pediatrics c. Adolescentsd. Adulte. Geriatrics
Full Time Dayshift - Monday through Friday RN Required
