Job Summary: The Clinical Laboratory Tech performs clinical laboratory test procedures requiring the exercise of independent judgment and responsibility with minimal supervision by the AMG Lab Supervisors and AMG Lab Manager. Requires knowledge of laboratory techniques, principles and instrumentation. Work site will be split between AMG/Lincoln Street and AMG/Deerwood (both in Neenah).

Job Requirements: Two years of college experience in the Sciences, plus one year of clinical training in an approved School of Medical Laboratory Technician Program or, Armed Service program with minimum of 3-4 yrs experience in Medical Laboratory Science or, successful completion of the HEW requirements for experience and successful completion of the HEW proficiency exam, or B.S. Degree in Medical Technology or one of the Sciences, such as Microbiology, Biology, Chemistry, including successful completion of clinical training in an approved school of Medical Technology. Armed Service Classification or, Medical Laboratory Technician certification ASCP or equivalent or, HEW certification with experience. Registered Medical Technologist ASCP or equivalent. Possesses the capability and resourcefulness to assume the responsibility and accountability of accurate lab test results. Ability to make independent judgments. Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. Part-time Day shift-Variable w/wknd & holiday rotation
