Opportunity:
In collaboration with manager, the Clinical Marketing Manager (CMM) is responsible for strategic development and tactical execution of key Clinical Content & Programs to create awareness on the clinical benefits ARROW brand technologies and support successful clinical implementation through the commercial regions and into patient care areas. This position will serve as the clinical expert that interacts with North America and commercial marketing teams across the businesses to provide clinical protocols, tools, content and educational programs primarily supporting adoption of strategic programs and product launches. In addition, this position will consult in the establishment of key opinion leaders, collaborates with CMA in ARROW product clinical research, speaker programs and new product development.

Collaborates with Sales and Clinical Education Team on current clinical issues and customer solutions. Also is the liaison between vascular marketing and the Clinical Education Team.

Position Description:
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Participate in KOL mapping and establish thought leader network for conveying clinical education & tools, providing insights on new programs and product development
Build and / or support infrastructure for speaker programs supporting, contracting, training, meeting logistics, and attendee certifications
Develop and manage relationships with relevant key societies and organizations that will enhance Teleflex s understanding of the healthcare environment and key initiatives
Assess unmet customer needs across the continuum of care from acute care into post-acute markets and develop clinical value propositions that align our programs and product portfolio
Collaborate with North America and Global marketing teams to identify clinical marketing claims and build clinical messaging kits with claims supported by evidence based research
Create and drive tactical execution of new clinical protocols, tools, educational materials and clinical training programs that support continued growth of Teleflex Academy
Assist North America and regional marketing teams in adaption of global materials to meet local market/customer needs and requirements
Coordinate internal rollout of new programs including education and training
Integrate and / or consult on the latest evidence based medicine trends into programs, content, and health economic models
Recommend and develop clinical marketing content to support North America and global marketing strategy and ensures clinical accuracy of key market messaging
Performs research and literature searches to support value proposition creation, claims and messaging
Support product gating process through full commercialization
Participates in the Design Review meetings, R&D meetings, complaint handling, and management oversight function
Ensure clinical viability of product, promotional, and educational program solutions
In collaboration with manager, develop and maintain annual operation plan and budget for clinical marketing
Adhere to and ensure the adherence of Teleflex Code of Ethics, all Company policies, rules, procedures, and housekeeping standards
Performs other duties as assigned by Management

Requirements:
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Four (4) year university degree required, Nursing or Allied Health
Advanced degrees and certifications, preferred
Minimum 5 years of clinical experience, vascular access preferred
Professional membership in vascular access organizations
Professional registration, certification, licensure or other credentialing as appropriate in the clinical specialty area

SPECIALIZED SKILLS & OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Strong project planning/management, leadership, negotiation and presentation skills as well as an ability to contribute creative yet practical solutions to problems
Manage specific clinical and customer programs that reduce costs, optimize compliance, and advance care through addressing vascular access complications and workflow inefficiencies
Maintain professional and clinical continuing education, licensure, and credentials as applicable for clinical specialty.
Develop and maintain expertise on Teleflex vascular access products and programs.
Strong facilitation skills and excellent communication skills
Demonstrate practical application of successful adult learning practices and methodologies, as well as assessment tools, practices and techniques
Knowledge of measurement and analysis of effectiveness of training programs
Have training and experience in curriculum organization and development, planning and implementing professional development activities and speaking to clinical research
Must demonstrate knowledge of clinical development process and the clinical managerial experience
Ability to analyze clinical data and scientific publications, identifying and effectively communicating relevant key takeaways
Ability to work in a highly matrixed and geographically diverse business environment
Ability to work within a team and as an individual contributor in a fast-paced, changing environment
Ability to leverage and/or engage others to accomplish projects
Strong verbal and written communications with ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels in the organization
Multitasks, prioritizes and meets deadlines in timely manner
Strong organizational and follow-up skills, as well as attention to detail
Extensive experience in building customer advocacy through speaker programs and establishing KOL networks
Demonstrate practical application of successful adult learning practices and methodologies, as well as assessment tools, practices and techniques

TRAVEL REQUIRED:
Able to travel domestically and internationally up to 50%
