Were looking for a someone with an Adult Health Servicesnbsp;focus who can: ul liFunction as a clinical expert in the diagnosis and treatment of illness, and the delivery of evidence-based nursing interventions (ANA, 2004).li liServe as an expert in executing delegated medical regimens associated with the diagnosis and treatment of disease for a specialty population.li liFunction independently to provide theory and evidence-based care to patientsclients in their attainment of health goals.li liCollaborate with other nurses to advance their nursing practices and improve outcomes, and provide clinical expertise to effect system-wide changes to improve programs of care.li liSpecialize in a delimited area of practice with evidence-based competencies associated with that specialty.
