Clinical Research Associate

DescriptionJohnson & Johnson Consumer Inc., a member of Johnson & Johnson's Family of Companies is recruiting for a Clinical Research Associate, located in Morris Plains, New Jersey. General Summary:The Clinical Research Associate supports the operational execution of clinical trials.He/She conducts, records and reports trials in accordance with protocol, standard operating procedures, good clinical practices and regulatory requirements. Duties & Responsibilities (but not limited to):Executes moderately complex clinical trials activities following established standard operating procedures, good clinical practices and regulatory requirements.Conducts patient screening and enrollment at assigned clinical study sites.Partners with investigators to quickly and effectively resolve discrepancies.Reviews source documentation, case report forms, and data reports for accuracy and facilitates the timely submission of such documentation.Performs site training of investigators and site personnel to ensure compliance to the investigation plan.Supports senior staff in the pre-study, initiation, routine monitoring, and close down visits of study sites.Analyzes problems and recommends corrective and preventive action. QualificationsA minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required. A minimum of 2 years of related experience is required. Prior experience or familiarity with working in regulated environment is strongly preferred. Prior familiarity with healthcare compliance preferred. GCP, HCC and general regulated experience preferred. Prior knowledge of the Pharma, Consumer and/or Medical Device Development process preferred. Familiarity with US and/or Global regulations preferred.
