Identifying knowledge gaps and taking a leadership role seeking educational improvement for self or department. Masters degree in Social Work Participating in new assignments. One year clinical experience with the elderly. Improves knowledge and sensitivity of cultural/ethical/age specific issues related to population served. Clinical assessment skills, Knowledge of the community ability to work with multidisciplinary team and to work with clients/families the home setting. Knowledge of aging and programs for seniors.
