The therapy clinical supervisor and a licensed PT, OT, or SLP who is responsible for supervising the clinical aspect of the Rehabilitation Services Department. He/she is responsible for: Supervision of therapists and techs; Management of clinical and operational department functions; Promotion of rehabilitation care practices that address the biological, developmental, psychosocial, and clinical needs of the patient and/or family. The Supervisor is also responsible for assuring that all regulatory requirements are met and that ongoing process improvement activities are occurring within the department. Performance of this job will also require a strong, close working relationship with the medical staff and rehabilitation services leadership.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS: minimum requirements to be considered qualified to do the job.

Required Minimum Education: Graduate of an accredited shool in PT or OT with a Bachelors, Masters, or Doctorate. degree; Graduate of an accredited school in SLP with a Masters degree in SLP.
Required Minimum Experience: 3-5 years working within discipline (PT, OT, SLP). Supervisory experience preferred.
Required Minimum Skills: Demonstrates evidence of positive leadership abilities/interpersonal relationships including team building and problem solving skills of above average clinical practice. Strong communication organizational and computer skills.
