Job Description
Lower Merion Counseling Services in Bryn Mawr, PA, is seeking an experienced FT Clinician to work in our active community based outpatient mental health and drug & alcohol treatment center. Become part of our vibrant and collaborative clinical team providing
comprehensive therapeutic services to individuals, families, and groups.
Salary: $20.50 -21.50 hr, productivity incentive available and benefits
Primary duties include maintaining an active caseload, conducting intake assessments and providing individual, group, and family therapies to people with mental health and substance use issues, and co-occurring disorders. The ideal candidate is expected
to work collaboratively with other treatment team members across a variety of disciplines and with care partners in other programs and organizations.
Job Requirements
Candidates should be Licensed Clinical Social Workers with a working knowledge of evidence based practices, recovery model principles, and trauma informed care. Individuals must be proficient with Microsoft Word, comfortable working with computers and Electronic
Health Records, and provide timely clinical documentation that meets licensing and funding regulations.
Requirements: Current driver s license, A Master's Degree is required with a minimum of 2 years experience providing direct services, act as ambassador and representative in team collaboration and networking; willingness to have flexible schedule according
to work commitments/activities. LCSW preferred. Preference given to candidate possessing full credentialing with Medicare and Magellan.
